Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Damage or defect must be documented with a photo/video at the time of unboxing
Items purchased during sale events are not eligible for return unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products (soil mixes, fertilisers, pest-care liquids)
Items returned beyond 7 days of delivery
Products damaged due to improper storage or use

How to Raise a Return Request

Your order/payment ID
Description of the issue
Photos or video of the damaged/defective item

Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the item (or waive the return for low-value orders), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Exchange

We currently offer exchanges for incorrect items shipped. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
