Yes. All TOS products are formulated without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Our inputs are independently tested for composition and safety. We are a DPIIT-recognised startup and follow organic-input standards aligned with national guidelines.

Absolutely. Our soil mixes and fertilisers are formulated for both outdoor and container/balcony gardening. Product pages include specific usage instructions for pots, grow bags, and raised beds.

Shelf life varies by product. Dry products (soil mixes, fertiliser granules) are typically 12–24 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Liquid products (neem oil, bio-stimulants) are 12 months. Best-before dates are printed on all packaging.

No. All orders are shipped in our zero-plastic TOS Box — 100% recyclable and biodegradable. We have maintained a zero-plastic packaging commitment since our founding.

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days. Remote areas: 5–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

No minimum order. However, orders below ₹499 attract a flat ₹49 shipping charge. Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp +91 8766 547 864 with your payment ID for an update.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is planned for a future phase.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
